About Us

Pastor Heber and Pastor Mirna Rivera are the main pastors of our church. Pastor Heber is also the founder and director of BWOT Ministry.

Along with their son Isaac, they have dedicated their lives to leading by example while encouraging young men and women on how to live up to their potential in Christ. Pastor Heber has been preaching and teaching for over a decade. With his humor, warmth, transparency and the strength he has found through Jesus Christ, God follows him to bring the good news to many hearts.

Vision:

Our vision for each young person is to help them grow in their relationship with Christ. Disciple and train them to become effective leaders guiding the next generation.

 

Our mission

Our mission is to make faithful disciples of Jesus, serve our community and develop missionary work in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Our Discipleship

Our Discipleship focuses on: Growing to the stature of Christ. We form Christians through the proclamation and teaching of the Bible so that they express in word and conduct the abundant life of Christ. Ephesians 4:11-14

AS A COMMUNITY

As a Community: we love our neighbor. We serve all families in our community through concrete acts of love and collaboration in various areas of social life as part of our effort to seek peace in the city. Jeremiah 29:7

Our Missionary Commitment

Our Missionary Commitment is to participate in the prayer, support and commission of people called and sent by the Holy Spirit to serve in various parts of the world. Isaiah 49:6 Acts 13:1-4. Bringing the light of Christ to nations in need.
